When I was doing my BE 3rd year,I got selected for Vivaratan VLSI training under Sunil Kumar,and as soon as my BE completed.I got the opportunity to work in FrenusTech.I have successfully completed 5 year in FrenusTech and Journey in Frenus is like roller coaster riding,we had a lot of fun.learning new things and exploring.The main thing in Frenus is expecting some unrealistic challenges and completing deadlines is awesome and thrilling.In this competitive world,you should be different from ordinary employee to get opportunity to explore,learn and understand.the demands.To get all this experience it is always good start your career in company like Frenustech.To be frank working environment in Frenus is different when compared to other company like where we get opportunity to work with best clients,you have direct access to directors at anytime and it give opportunity to explore your abilities and motivates to give your best always

I joined Frenustech in 2019 as a trainee(fresher). Frenustech always trusts its employees, which helped me to learn quickly within a short time. When I joined as a fresher in the RTL domain, we were just a couple of people. Frenustech provided the required support and allowed us to grow as a team, now we are a team of 15 quality engineers. In the beginning of a career in tech , the most important thing which attracts a young and aspirational engineer about a workspace is the opportunity to learn. Frenustech provided me that opportunity by enabling double loop learning in the organization.
